By using the MezBite app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our tiffin service.

1. Service Description

MezBite provides a home-style tiffin delivery service. We deliver fresh, customizable meals directly to your location with options for lunch and dinner subscriptions.

2. User Accounts & Registration

Users must register with a valid phone number and maintain accurate account information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Meal Customization & Cutoff Times

• Lunch customization: Before 11:00 AM
• Dinner customization: Before 5:00 PM

After cutoff times, meals are finalized and cannot be changed. You will receive your meal based on your saved preferences.

4. Subscription Plans

• Multiple plans available (mix, roti-only, rice-only)
• Plans can be activated, paused, or modified through the app
• Charges are based on selected plan and duration

5. Wallet & Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through your MezBite wallet
• WhatsApp us from your registered number to receive a QR code for wallet recharge
• Share payment screenshot or mention your user ID
• Wallet balance is updated within a few hours
• Refunds are credited to your wallet only

6. Delivery & Addresses

• Multiple addresses can be saved in the app
• You can switch between saved addresses while customizing meals
• Please ensure someone is available to receive delivery
• Notifications are sent for delivery date and time

7. Cancellation & Resume Policy

• Cancel meals before cutoff time
• Resume cancelled meals anytime before cutoff
• No cancellations allowed after cutoff
• Paused subscriptions can be resumed anytime

8. Auto Meal Planning

Meals are auto-generated based on your selected plan and preferences:

• Your subscription (mix/roti/rice)
• Previously saved preferences
• Active lunch/dinner selection

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and protect your data including contact details, delivery addresses, meal preferences, and transaction logs. We do not share data with third parties.

11. Service Modifications

• MezBite may change menus, prices, or delivery policies
• We reserve the right to pause service in emergencies

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays due to external factors or issues caused by undisclosed dietary restrictions.

13. Terms Updates

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
